lol, this is what you have an issue with? Not the government recently passing a bill that will allow them to acquire your personal data without a warrant or procedure? Haha, oh wow. What do you think EZ Pass is for ?

I think Texas has a better idea. Cameras in every lane. No toll booths, no toll collectors, no need to slow down. So, no speeding tickets as a result of tolls. If you have TxTag (or the Houston version or Dallas version), your account is charged for the toll. If you don't have a tag, you get a bill in the mail (creatively called "pay by mail"), and you pay more than if you have a tag. So, if you're going on toll roads, get a tag and never worry about the speed limit. that's what MTA Bridge and Tunnels is doing at some river crossings. I gave them my ezpass account info to retroactively pay it after i got the tag which they took, took the money, then 6 months later sent me a notice that I hadn't paid it and added on $200 in 'late fees'.

That really sucks. Sounds like the system is screwed up or they got some incompetent people working there.

And no sales tax.
But I get you, OR is messed up politically and economically as any where, well not quite, but I can see it happening.

Right because this was never discussed on the politics board. If I listed everything I have a problem with in each post there wouldn't be any room left for anyone else's posts. From now on I will make sure you are aware of everything that I feel is worse that the topic I am posting about. Maybe I will add a list to my sig to make it easy for you. You also realize that this is worse than the fact that Geno sucks and the Jets are in the basement once again? Do you make similar comments to those posts? Things that annoy me.... Posters that think that posting one thing means that the topic on hand is the only one I care about.

Don't speed.
I saw at least 10 people get their pictures taken in LI this week running red lights with cameras. I managed to stop in time. I mean...you can see the freaking cameras on a pole next to the intersection. They don't try to hide them.
I don't have much sympathy for people who run red lights. My best friend in high school was killed by a a jackass who thought his time was more important than everyone elses. The yellow light means get ready to stop...not floor it :/
That said...don't you jagoffs use Waze?

I just wish it did audio alerts as opposed to having to look at the screen for cop icons.

Never heard of Waze before, but I am all ways looking for a good GPS App. I use the Verizon GPS, which I love but have to pay $3 a month to use. Is Waze good at getting me where I have never been, or is it more of something you use on a familiar route to avoid congestion?

Is Waze good at getting me where I have never been, or is it more of something you use on a familiar route to avoid congestion? It works for navigation. Actually works really well.
