Tony Pauline just compared that Ervin kid to Darren Sproles. We need a dynamite return man in the worst way I'm telling ya man, that guy is something else. I started watching his stuff over xmas and was instantly like - YES... really too bad he doesn't have the size to be a full time guy, b/c his natural ability and running style is lethal. SLAMS through holes... I think he's what ppl wished Duke Johnson was all about last year.

Couple more OL who nave impressed this week:
Brandon Thorn @veteranscout 2m2 minutes ago Mobile, AL Jack Allen and Nick Martin both winning today with technique and leverage. Martin is the best OL on the North team though. He's ready now.
Brandon Thorn @veteranscout 44s45 seconds ago Josh Garnett looks pretty good too. Love his attitude and play strength. Jason Spriggs is a specimen. Improving everyday.

Just stop, lol... it's so over that it never even started. I'm holding out the faintest bit of hope that Goff and Lynch blow everyone's tits off over the next 3 months.

I had Kaufusi in my Jan jets mock draft. There's a lot to like there in size/measurables and he played all last year standing up. Looked totally natural and good in coverage/deciphering the play.... He needs to dominate more at the POA though. If he doesn't develop a more blood lust, he'll stay a JAG... he over commits to letting the play come to him. Agreed, but I think he is far from a finished product. I think with that size, reach and athletic ability, there is a lot of like and a ton of upside. This just popped up: Quietly hoping his stock doesn't inflate.

Lol.....it figures that the best OSU WR to come out in recent years was actually their QB. What do you think of Charone Peake? I thought he looked pretty good yesterday.

Can we trade Devin Smith for him? Lol.....it figures that the best OSU WR to come out in recent years was actually their QB. Miller is killing it this week and made the smart decision to go WR solely earlier in the year. I'm expecting some impressive combine numbers from him, especially the 3 cone. His change of direction is unreal.

Just made it through the 2hr. North parctice and I have to give Kudos to ESPN. Terrific coverage today, especially of the lineman.
Obviously Miller was a stand-out and I could easily see a Top40 type of pick. The guard from Mich St./ Allen stood out again but he is so small. I wasn't very impressed with Murphy, and Spriggs and Beavers had up and down days. The interior guy from Iowa flat out sucked. Haeg looked good again and Martin from ND had a great day.
A little TE info for our resident....Bryce Williams from ECU completely sucks. It looks like he has cement shoes. Vannett has me intrigued and I like him. Looks very athletic for such a big build.
WR's vs. DB's is hard to get a feel for. I think the shitty WR's are making these DB's look better than they are. I do like how physical some of the DB's look and they look bigger as compared to years past.
I'll probably watch the next 3 hrs. of coverage when they start doing walk-thrus tomorrow.
And Wentz is a goner.....oh well, that's what happens when you go 10-6 and don't make the playoffs. The worst seed of any non playoff team in the NFL.....only the Fucking Jets.

Peake is tough to figure out, he definitely hasn't lived up to what people thought he could be, but he also has had some tremendous receivers before him that has set the bar ridiculously high at CU. He has some ability but I don't see him going any higher than the 5th round or so. I wish he would play a lot more aggressive and go after the ball more. With Mike Williams out for the entire season Peake had every opportunity to showcase his skills and the fact that true freshman Deon Cain out played him doesn't look great for Peake, but who knows.

Bryce to me looked like nothing more than a rotation inline guy. Matthew Mulligan squared.... Disappointing turnout for TEs; no Higbee, no McGee -- I pretty much checked out at that point.

Out of all of the TE's (besides Henry) the only one that really intrigues me is one of your favorites I believe, Braunecker.
