Bryce to me looked like nothing more than a rotation inline guy. Matthew Mulligan squared.... Disappointing turnout for TEs; no Higbee, no McGee -- I pretty much checked out at that point. Out of all of the TE's (besides Henry) the only one that really intrigues me is one of your favorites I believe, Braunecker. Braunecker and Sandland for me are this year's Pruitt and Saxton; my two diamonds in the rough as far as late/UDFA TEs go. Both played in the NFLPA bowl which turned out to be a snoozefest. Hoping they get invites to the combine, cause there's nothing behind Henry this year, sauf the 2 former I mentioned from Florida and WK that i'd like to see run drills. I'm not holding my breath for either. Braunecker and Sandland though? Love their upside if the stage isn't too big for them.

I hope I get blown away by players at the combine because to be honest this is a weak looking draft to me all around. Of course the position that looks to have the most high end depth is interior dline and 4-3 ends.

We're not really looking at Dline and secondary - both of which are at least moderately well represented this year. Oline is meh beyond a couple of names, TEs are abysmal past Henry for big school products, WRs are honestly the worst outside of the obvious few and linebackers are top heavy. Blagh. RB is the only position where I like everything top to bottom. There's good depth all around and tons of flavors to choose from. It's a great year to restock the cupboards if your backfield is collecting dust or not delivering.

I was hoping for a couple of OLineman to stand out this week like in years past and I don't see it. I wish Decker didn't drop out because I have him as my third tackle. And for the most part the WR's look very meh.

And the North Dakota State QB, lol Hey...say what you will, but as I said before, if this kid went to a bigger school you'd see the Mike Mayock's and Mel Kiper's sucking him off until he was a hollow, human shell... We're talking about the ideal physical specimen coupled with the accuracy and intelligence that you crave...I'm just hoping like hell that people pile up the "small school" knock against him. But I seriously doubt that it works Can't see Wentz falling out of the Top 10 at this point.

This Wentz kid is legit and I would love too see him in green and white, I think he can be special.

I like Wentz as much as any of you and I hope he does drop to the Jets, I just find it ironic that we are fawning over a kid that played at NDSU in the first round.

I am hoping to see Wentz throw deep today.
Watching him in the Championship game for NDSU, he struggled with accuracy on his deep ball. Timing could have been off due to the wrist injury and limited reps while coming back. But if there are two things that concerned me from the few games I have seen of Wentz it was his accuracy deep and ball security when he takes of and runs -- I didn't notice as much in the game last month, but ball security appeared to be an issue in a couple of his other games.

I really enjoyed watching the game and the level of play was overall really good, far better than just watching practices.
QBs: Really surprised me, some of the lesser talked about guys looked from competent to really good. I thought Wentz looked good as well, 3 flat out drops on great passes.
Oline: Centers and some guard play looked pretty good though the DT's were pretty ferocious, OT is not something you want to be drafting this year. Blech.
RB: No super stars but very good play, most of these guys looked pretty shifty and will play in the NFL.
TE and WR: Meh... A couple guys looked okay but nothing to impressive here.
Dline: As the experts projected this is there the talent is, lots of good looking players, Spence of course was unreal and some team will take him before he gets to us, still worried about his character. The fact that the dline is loased is a good news bad news thing for the Jets. The good news is other teams take dline, leaving other positions for us. The bad news is that we get to #20 and the top 4 guys on the jets board are dline?
LBs: Pretty decent the one dude from temple had just a ton of tackles then got exposed in a one on one vs a back. One dude, blue helmet, boise maybe looked really good.
DBs: Very good, lots of good play here imo.
Pretty general comments as i did not take notes but i was very impressed by the level of overall play for a game filled with all stars that had about 4 days to prepare.

Sure hoping that we catch a break this year - with regards to Dline/Secondary prospects pushing others down the board. We really don't need top tier talent in those 2 areas and I'm crossing my fingers that a couple guys slip to us in rnd 1 and 2. An Elliot, OT or even a QB in the first, and maybe WR or OT in the 2nd.

The biggest disappointment for me regarding the Senior Bowl was the Offensive Tackles. Not one of them stood out and upped their game as I was hoping a bunch of them would. Spriggs played exactly like he is on tape, Beavers was underwhelming, and a guy like LaRaven Clark who I believe has good upside is as inconsistent as they come. I'll probably eat my words on how many get drafted in the first this year.

Which is why I favored guys like Beavers or Haeg where value meets the price in Day 2. But, to be fair, It's not as easy to flash for Guards and Tackles during senior bowl week (comparatively), IMO anyway. Yes, there's going to be some that make it look easy, but their position is reactionary and the product of a coaches offensive discipline. There's a comfort zone that breeds confidence and production on their end. I still expect a few of these guys to come off the board in rounds 2 & 3 and be starters down the line.
