Am I crazy or do all these tweets and the way he plays make him sound a lot like a certain LT who plays for the NYJets . Light on his feet, excels in pass protection with an ability to stay in front of his man but not much push in the run game.

If you draft Spriggs it is solely because of his feet and that might be worth the gamble. Players can always get stronger, but rarely get quicker.

Not sure if you remember but when Brick came out of UVA< he was under 300 lbs and struggled to get over and keep his weight. Spriggs is over 300lbs, but has very little functional strength while possessing exceptional lateral quickness.
I like him as a LT prospect, for the 2017 season. Would love to see if Dozier improved any from last season where he was awful after being jerked around from OT-OG -OC .

I believe he finished his rookie season at around 280 lbs. and couldn't hold weight until two years later. I already did a small write up on Spriggs in the OT thread last week.

Spriggs is gonna be a much better fit in a zone blocking scheme then in our scheme. I don't see him as a fit for the Jets.

We are the Jets, and for us, I think we need a more Athletic type Jason Fabini. I can't wait for the Combines, because I want to see how these players measure, weigh and what kind of short area quickness they have.

Oline sucks in this draft at the top end and after say the 2nd round from my untrained eye. Fortunately for us I think there is a bit of a sweet spot around where we are with acceptable players if we are hell bent on taking a tackle. (Decker, Conklin)
