says a lot about modern democrats and today's democrat party that an openly avowed socialist can gin up this kind of support. and before you reply with trump, understand that he's nothing more than a democrat masquerading as a republican. albeit much more of a "traditional" democrat than sanders ever was I get the feeling you don't fully comprehend how "Socialist" i.e. Social Welfare State, we already are. That boat sailed and sank already mate. About 100 year ago.

There is absolutely no incentive to innovate, improve, streamline, etc when you are spending other people's money.

With the way Hillary has been coughing (and her possible indictment) and Bernie's age I hope the Dems got a backup in case the first two dont make it till November.

That is definitely what liberalism has become. As amazing as this is to say Biden is better than both of them. I would love to see Gary Johnson run as a Dem he gets no press as a libertarian and honestly I can get behind most of his ideas.

What About Blob? Great to see you in stride, my friend. Nice post. I remember when the Fist was a true libertarian. Things change I guess. Unless this is a massive troll job, that title no longer applies. Bernie and his ilk are completely incompatible with those ideals. Lets look at our options: 1. Trump - Batshit insane megalomaniac underhanded-business billionaire. No thanks. 2. Cruz - Religios Zealot of the type who'd happily burn every freedom in the name of God. American Taliban. No thanks. 3. Rubio - Lolworthy vanilla establishment (i.e. Liberal Moderate Same Old Same Old) Republican. Guess McCain was too busy this time? No thanks. 4. Rest of Republicans - Lol. Just lol. Clown Car is go. 5. Clinton - Duplicitous, lying, evil, corrupt, warmongering, ineffective cheating, pandering cuntbag of no actual notable success. Hell no. 6. Bernie -- Anti-War, Rich-Taxing Socialist. Ok, high taxes (which will never pass) are easy to avoid if you're not a millionaire (and I'm not) and free social programs (cool by me, US Healthcare is cavemanlike and subsidized in whole as it is, our $$ buy us all far less than anywhere else). I'm smart, I can exploit anything Bernie does get passed just fine, and most of that shit is free for me, and costs the real rich, who franly deserve a good solid fucking for all the law breaking and profit taking they've been free to do the past few decades. Fuck um, same as they say for us daily. Bernie at leas believes what he says (unlike Clinton), understands what he says (unlike Trump), is not a Right-Wing Jihadi (unlike Cruz) and won;t be boring and ineffective (unlike Rubilol). Shit group, I'll take the one (the only one) who I think actually gives a shit about Governing, helping people, and fixing all the massive broken shit we have here. If you have a better choice, I'm all ears.

Corporations pay taxes but there are loopholes that need to be closed. I have stated time and again I believe in getting rid of all corporate entitlements. I have also said that I believe that the flat tax/FAIR tax system would be much better. I have also said several times that I wish Ron Paul was running because he is truly a small government libertarian. I have also said that I don't really like any of the people running for the major parties but I sooner or later we have to take the best of the bunch sadly.
