The thing I have a hard time believing is why all of the sudden is Trump supposed to give a shit about the common man, whos jobs he is happy to replace with cheap illegal labor? He's even said he's gonna have the illegals building this waste of a wall... fuckers are just gonna go thru the tunnels like they do all day long. wtf. Bricklayes and allied craftsman Steel workers All aspects of the Back Restaurant industry ie kitchens in small to yuuuge chains mom and pops Electricians Carpenters unions Landscaping was a predominantly italian owned buisness market trade Concrete was a predominantly italian owned buisness trade market Mechanic Shops everywhere. Not to mention the American citizens whose economic welfare benefits are jeopardized because illegal immigrants cost the government millions in benefits ($15,000 per household in 2010). This Kumbaya shit may make you feel good about yourself, but it completely ignores the reality of it destroying prospects for an economic recovery in the US. I bet you wouldn't feel the same way if you lost your job because your boss wanted to hire an illegal immigrant. How do you know "illegals" have leveled off? By virtue of their illegality they are not really accounted for. Don't get me wrong, I hope you are right, but I would not change my feelings on securing our borders and only allowing "legal" immigration. I think the point is the year after year after year levels of immigration (legal/illegal) are not sustainable. It's like packing people into the Elk's Club reception room after you've far exceeded its maximum capacity. |
