I'm no statistical expert, but I thought online polls were about the most inaccurate polls out there. That's like asking a third grade class "who likes candy?" and reporting astonishingly 95% of Americans love sweets. To say weed is a cure all, or is not a cure all, is both inaccurate. Recent studies appear to show some actual medicinal value for some instances. More studies need to be done. Also you can reasonably say "weed is not a cure all" as people that smoke weed still get sick. Saying that it may have some medicinal properties/value is fair. |

Man yall are fucked up. Nobody is saying "cure all" anything.... But when you have firsthand shit that it works... a LOT BETTER than all of the coctails of poison drugs they push on you, including opiates and benzos... hey guess what, it fuckin works for a lot of people. It works for that child who was having 100+ seizures a WEEK and now has almost NONE.
It works for all those veterans who say FUCK YOU I did my duty and you fuck me in the ass, fuck your oxys and fuck your mood stablizers... I'm gonna use this PLANT. That WORKS FOR ME. Get it? Bot blown the fuck up, in pain day in day out, debilitating anxiety.... Guess what helps? Yeah. It's not 20 different Rx drugs with horrible and deadly side effects,.
Quit sucking the devil's corporate oligarch dick will ya? jeez.

Romney was on to something when he brought up the John Adams quote, but in typical Romney fell far short of getting all the way home with it. Adams is right, democracy does not last long and will always commit suicide. It's a product of human nature. We got too comfortable and complacent. It won't be until we've destroyed it by turning it over to people who can't control their own personal hunger for power that we'll understand the importance of restraint again. Until then, the lines between rights and privelege will continue to be blurred. Until then, folks will continue to be so wrapped in their ideologies, it will blind them to truth and disable civility |
