I'm putting an application in for an accounting job in my company. The HR guy is gonna crap when he sees it cross his desk...because he ACTUALLY has to take my application seriously since I'm more qualified than the person I would be replacing.

I'm gonna figure out how to streamline what she does and then tell the board that a FTE is not needed for the job, divvy up the responsibilities to the other people in acct....and then go back to maintenance. |
