unrelated but not -- sounds like DEN is pushing to move Clady for cap space.. maybe the long awaited -- den trades clady to NY who cuts brick who signs Fitz then DEN trades Kaep -- move?

no real worries. i just figured with all the Jets signings of LBs that we could go with some OL help.
I was asking Paradis, since it was he who said Ragland would have been an even worse pick. Ragland is not the speediest 40 time out there, but also gets slammed at times and just curious what the issues are with him.
it's not like i hate him or anything, i just believe personally the value isn't there in the 1st. He's a lot like David Harris., who himself was a second rounder. Like a lot of those thumpers from bama (upshaw, Hightower) they're more round 2 dudes IMO.
We were headed in a different direction for you had you missed it. I struggle to try to figure Floyd out. There are times over the last few years where I see a great natural pass rusher who could have a big impact at the next level, but there are other games where he has completely disappeared -- sometimes think it was more due to UGA's scheme than him as prospect. I see him as a boom or bust type pick.
I hate the idea of him going to Buffalo--don't like to see my Dawgs in our division. Bad enough that David Andrews wound up in New England last year. Don't want to think about Floyd in Buffalo.
I live in the mountain time zone so I am two hours earlier than most of the rest of the draft. I'll try and make sure I give a list of players towards the end of the day if my pick is in sight.
You can have the Saints if you'd like? Let Lithfan know and copy and paste this post on the PM Good luck. I'll keep the TB Bucs
Got it, Booz, and thanks. JonEJet , you in for the Saints now?
You know Lith.... I can't remember a draft where the talent outside the 1st 15 picks has been so thin? I'm really going to have to study up for the proceeding rounds. I've almost always had a fairly good grasp on the better prospects coming out at least thru the first 3 - 4 rounds. Not so in this draft. Players being rated in the second rd. I have no clue who they are.

Isn't Clady's health a big issue?
I dunno, i thought he was expected to be 100% by TC, based on when the injury happened last year.

No worries. Thought you lived somewhere out west. Luck of the draw I guess to have you following Harrier last night. Time zones didn't help us -- 5 hours ahead last night and 2 hours behind this AM.
30 minute warning for rvajet. PM also sent as a reminder.
If anyone misses a pick, they will get 60 minutes for their next pick, unless they send PM to me, Rob or Cappy, letting us know you intend to continue drafting.
Love the Billings pick. I had my eye on him and one other player for my Steelers so now I won't be trading down.
First off, sorry for almost missing my pick. Totally misjudged the speed of the draft. Now, on Billings...yeah, I came in with him as my ideal pick but had very little expectation that he'd be there. Big add for the vikes line.

I like the pick -- we were going to go in a different direction for you had you missed your pick, so I am glad you made it in time. I would not be surprised if Billings is the best player on the board when we pick at 20 (assuming we are still at 20 on the 28th). And as much as I would hate another first round DL, he would fit a need.

Billings is a beast and would fit right in at NT. He's got some Kris Jenkins in him and is strong as an ox. For the Steelers he would have solidified their Dline with Tuitt on one side and Heyward on the other.
