I keep reading that Bradford is whining up a storm in Philly and is now asking to be traded. I would give up a 4th or 5th for him as long as he re-works his ridiculous contract and promises not to get injured on his way to Florham Park. To me, Bradford has proven nothing in he tenure in the NFL and it is not our fault that stupid Philly paid him like a superstar QB. Like I said, no way I would give up anything earlier than a 4th.
What sayeth the group?

Philly is not taking a 4th. The Broncos will come up with a better offer.
If Bradford is traded, the Eagles eat $11M. The team he's traded to has to pay him $7M.
I'm no fan of Bradford, but as a 1 year rental at $7M, I'd probably trade for him depending on what the Eagles want in return (highly doubt a 4th gets it done though).

Not really, but I read that his cap hit would only be 7mil for the team he's traded to...so I think it should be entertained at this point. We'll see what we do about QB in the draft first I would gather.
A conditional 4 that turns into a 3 as long as he hits certain benchmarks is as high as I would go.

When healthy and protected is this guy good? Is he better than Fitz?
I think he could be...and he'd be cheaper.

All things equal(and guaranteed healthy) I'd take Bradford over Fitz.
Allt things(injury, trade ammo, potential clubhouse impacts ) are not equal though, so I'd likely say no to any trade requiring more a 4th or more.

There is nothing in Bradfords past that indicates he would be successful as a New York Jet - pass

www.reactiongifs.com/r/tRbwa39.gifGuy knew he wasn't in their long term plans and he is still whining like a bitch wanted to be traded. If he can't Philly, how is he going to handle NY? He's made 78 million dollars and has a 25-37-1 record, and he's made of glass. Fuck Sad Bradford.

According to 9NEWS Denver's Mike Klis, the Denver Broncos called the Philidelphia Eagles about quarterback Sam Bradford but the asking price for him was reportedly too high. Mike Klis ✔ @mikeklis Prominent NFL source: Broncos reached out to PHI re: Bradford. Unable to confirm w/ team but NFL source: PHI asking price too high It's unclear what the exact asking price for Bradford is but one can assume it was at least a second or third round pick. Keep in mind that the Broncos were unwilling to part with a second-round pick for San Fransisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, and only valued him as a fourth rounder. It's safe to assume the Broncos put the same kind of value of Bradford and deemed the asking price too lofty at this time. We can now add Bradford to the list of quarterbacks the Broncos kicked the tires on this offseason. That list now includes veterans Brock Osweiler, Colin Kaepernick, and Brain Hoyer. With the NFL Draft less than 72 hours away, the Broncos are either waiting to make a trade or sign one of the available quarterbacks I mentioned above or planning on drafting a quarterback early in the 2016 NFL Draft. General Manager John Elway has continued to preach patience this offseason, but the Broncos are running out of time to nail down their signal caller for 2016. If I was a betting man I would bet that the Broncos would come away with their starter this weekend. Either through a high draft pick, a trade for Kaepernick or Bradford, or signing a veteran like Brian Hoyer or Ryan Fitzpatrick. This is going to be a fun, exciting, stressful and probably annoying week for us Broncos fans. > www.milehighreport.com/2016/4/25/11506474/report-broncos-called-eagles-about-quarterback-sam-bradford-but?_ga=1.105968068.651807376.1461693016

There is nothing in Bradfords past that indicates he would be successful as a New York Jet - pass I agree 100%, not only that, but to those saying Bradford is better than Fitz, consider the system and Fitz' familiarity with it. We now have a GM who knows WTF he is doing, I highly doubt he would give up anything of significance for Bradford. I pass too undoubtedly. We plug anyone other than Fitz in and this year is a 4-12 waste. Now I am willing to do that if we draft someone or let Petty give it a go, but to plug in yet another used up veteran is a waste of time. As I said we have a GM who knows what he is doing, he will find a long term solution at QB eventually.
