 A former substitute teacher in Alabama who looks like if Joe Klecko boinked Axl Rose then their baby boinked the abominable snow man, has pleaded guilty to having sex with two high school students, according to a report. Whitley Mizzell, 32, who previously taught for St. Clair County Schools, pleaded guilty Monday to three counts of performing a sex act or deviant sex act with a student, according to court documents cited by the Daily Home. Mizzell, of Ragland, was sentenced by a judge to a split 10-year term, beginning with two years in Alabama state prison followed by three years of supervised probation. The former sub will also have to register as a sex offender and may also be ordered to complete the remaining eight years of her sentence behind bars if she violates conditions of her probation, according to the report. Mizzell was initially indicted in July 2019 on accusations of having sex with two male students. St. Clair County Schools Superintendent Mike Howard said Mizzell had been employed through a third-party firm and was never a district employee, the Daily Home reported last year. It’s unclear where the sex acts took place. The identities of the students, both of whom were under the age of 19, have not been released, WBMA reported after Mizzell’s arrest last summer. Mizzell was taken into custody Monday following her guilty plea, Harmon told the Daily Home. She had faced up to 20 years in prison on both felony charges. Jesus. She pleaded guilty to charges of criminal solicitation of a minor and third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. The criminal case stems from 2017, when the victim’s father found out about Chilton’s attempts to entice her underage daughter into a sexual relationship. The relationship came to light when the victim’s father requested a report be done at the sheriff’s office after he found proof of the alleged relationship according to the incident report According to court documents, the middle school teacher sent messages like “I want to be your wife” and “I want to hold you” in her attempts to sexually entice the underage student. According to The Charleston Post and Courier, Chilton also open-mouth kissed and fondled the 12 year old on a number of occasions in addition to the suggestive texts. |

 Niceville, Florida teacher Hayley Close Hallmark, already charged with having sex with a female student, has been arrested in a different county on similar charges. According to ABC affiliate WEAR, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office charged teacher Hayley Close Hallmark Tuesday on a charge of sexual battery. Close Hallmark — a 35-year-old teacher and soccer coach at Ruckel Middle School in Niceville who looks like if Ed Grimley banged Chelsea Clinton — is already charged in Okaloosa County with lewd and lascivious conduct with a student by an authority figure. No further details have been released regarding the new case. It wasn’t immediately clear if the teacher had an attorney available for comment. She was first arrested in February on charges she carried on a sexual relationship with a female student from 2018 to 2020. She is accused of grooming the student for a period of two years, beginning when she was just 15. “The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrested a teacher today on a charge of lewd and lascivious conduct with a student by an authority figure,” authorities said in a previous press release. PEOPLE reported that Niceville, Florida soccer coach and Ruckel Middle School teacher Hayley Hallmark faces a felony charge of lewd and lascivious conduct with a student by an authority figure in connection to the alleged sexual abuse. “Thirty-five-year old Hayley [Close] Hallmark, a teacher and coach at Ruckel Middle School in Niceville, is accused of having a sexual relationship with a student between August 2018 and August 2020. OCSO Investigators say the victim was 15 when the relationship started,” police said. According to WTVY in Dothan, Alabama, the relationship first began after Hallmark began texting the victim. The texting progressed to sexting and ultimately physical encounters at other locations, authorities alleged. The investigation began on Feb. 4 after the student confided in another teacher about the alleged abuse. Hallmark was taken into custody Friday evening before being transported to the Okaloosa County Jail in Crestview. According to MEAWW, the teen and teacher allegedly had a number of trysts inside Hallmark’s classroom after school and at both of their homes.
