Umm...the guy is saying that it was more or less the INACCURACY(and Inconsistency) of Geno that keeps the door open for Fitz. What's your take on that? I actually dont dispute that. I think Geno's short comings are the only reason Fitz has ANY offer on the table. Fitz is horribly inaccurate but Geno is not significantly better and apparently not as well liked in the locker room. The problem still is Geno while comparably inaccurate has more potential than Fitz ever had or will have. We have seen Fitz ceiling and it is on the floor right below the playoffs. I. E. Geno cannot possibly be worse but he CAN possibly be better.

I give everyone reason 6 use the 12 million and try to get MO locked up. Why are the Jets wasting 12 million in a back up QB who has no arm. Rather scrape the 36 million they are planning on giving the bearded one and use it towards locking up MO who is a pro bowl player with all the skill to build around then some career back up with a weak arm who chokes in crucial games like Buffalo. You Combine the 36 million with Mo's 15 million do that over the 6 years the Jets can lock him up then trade Richardson before he gets arrested again.

So a player with an agent wants to get as much money from a team as possible. How "SHOCKING". Just like the Jets made Geno "great" when he was the QB his first 2 seasons, right? Guess what? It takes BRAINS to go along with talent to succeed as an NFL QB. Geno has some talent but has the brain of a turnip, football-wise. Based on what? A better supporting cast? He still has to make the throws. He still has to make the right calls in the huddle. He still has to make the proper adjustments at the line. He still has to...USE..HIS...BRAIN to be an NFL QB which I'm not convinced he ever will be. You can have all the talent in the world but if you make dumb decisions with the football as Geno was apt to do, we might as well have thrown jets.penguin under center and he'd do just as good a job as Geno. I agree with this to an extent. He blew it in the biggest game of the season. However....let's look at it in context : The Jets won 10 games. Let me repeat....The Jets won 10 GAMES! In any other NORMAL year(because this past year was extremely wacky), 10-6 almost always equals a PLAYOFF APPEARANCE. So while one could say that he blew it against the Bills, it was really just bad luck for the Jets(per usual) of being out of the playoffs even after winning 10 fucking games. One thing is for sure. Jets aren't winning 10 fucking games with Geno. Hell to the fucking NO! Luis Tirado sounds like Geno's agent with this spin. Even with all the tools needed to succeed, Geno lacks the one tool that no one on the Jets front office or team can provide : FOOTBALL SMARTS(the NFL-QB kind). And that will basically guarantee a continuation of the usual GeNOPE Interception Extravaganza. Yay. Name me one player out there who *is*? Even the superstar QBs and Wide Receivers aren't worth more money. Yet they get paid more in the end. It's called Free Agency. It's just how the "game" is played there. I'm not going to sweat it 'cause Fitz will end up as the Jets QB despite many here being pissed off at him for playing the "free agency" game that so many players do. Weren't you the guy hanging on to Sanchezs jock til the very end?

That's what they should do but the jets always do the wrong thing. All of a sudden futz is the answer and the missing piece to some playoff run when in reality he's a no name, no one, has been who never was and I don't want his drunk red Irish bearded gross OLD lame arm lame ass inaccurate fucko cock sucking stinking dirty shamrock puck green mick fuck on my motherfucking team. Hit the bricks or move to nome u lame ass franchise. Just go!
