I guess it doesn't say much for the Donald if he can't do it without them. Oh and BTW that scrutiny and constant airtime trump for during the print is what enabled him to be elected. I totally agree with you about the media coverage during the primaries but if you don't think every candidate (and President) is only as good as the team of hundreds behind them then I don't know what to say. They don't depend on their parties for much outside of the convention. they depend on their campaign of course, the hundreds of people they hire to strategize, do oppo research, etc. As the Times said Trump's "skeletal" campaign has none of that and therefore is missing out on golden opportunities to take advantage of clinton missteps. Comey laid this out for him in beautiful detail and all he can do is continue squawking that the system is rigged. At least Ryan and some other republicans are doing their part but it doesn't get as much media attention as when the campaign does it. HIllary spent the day trashing Donald in ATlantic City and that is all I heard all day today on the news one of his campaign operatives, can't remember who, quit after ten days on the job, Lewandowski got fired and not replaced as far as I can tell and what is Manafort doing, outside of sunday talk show appearances? ( that no one pays attention to)

Im not going to let you spin this into a trial for FOX News. You posted something from a site that I was able to debunk just by reading it rather than regurgitating what Google said. How many of those people were actually killed by on-duty police? Because people like you and many in my generation get their news from headlines on sites like these as well as from comedians or websites that openly censor information. Pretty scary.

( that no one pays attention to) There is only so much damage he could do when the overwhelming majority of TV, print and online media support her and are willing to commit malpractice to protect her. The Washington Post hires 20 "reporters" to cover the Trump campaign. Can you imagine what they would discover if 20 people actually looked into Benghazi, the email thing or even her foundation. The fact that he is only a few point behind in some polls just shows how awful a candidate she truly is. Like you said, he is doing this with an absolute skeleton crew with now real infrastructure while fighting a bit of a civil war with his own party at the same time. If they knew what they were doing and Trump actually had some self-control he would be 10 points ahead.

Just like the majority of teachers in this country but their wages are stagnant but I know how you feel about teachers. Your profession is one of the reasons the common folk suffer. The top 1% salary increased 7.7% this year. Tough times and as long as we provide public assistance for people able to work (not those who clearly need help), that will continue. There is NO reason to work at $15 an hour based on todays "entitlements". The top 5 percent will continue to grow. My personal income is up 6 figures from 5 years ago. I have a skill, I study it, take a of of training and work a lot of Saturdays and late hours with no union protection. I grew up in basically the hood to a single parent and watched her graduate high school. So... It is available to pretty much anyone willing to sacrifice. I did.
Our government, last 50 years does not promote self sufficiency so why would any reasonable person expect different?
There is nothing the government can do to stop it. Its sad but it will not change. We will have a revolution soon of kids who feel entitled. they wont work hard, but they will protest. We cant tax our way out of it.

The Washington Post hires 20 "reporters" to cover the Trump campaign. Free publicity! He should take advantage of it and give them something to report (other than praising Saddam)

Free publicity! He should take advantage of it and give them something to report (other than praising Saddam) He was right about Saddam. How helpful is that in getting himself elected?

I dont think accountants try to fuck the little guy. They may manipulate books for people but they pale in comparison to the crooks in Washington that used their own distorted math to fuck us all. That pick winners and loser based on contracts they give out and what sectors they decide to enforce laws upon.

Globalization and the shift from an economy strong in manufacturing towards financial services has played a role but to blame the accountants is just asinine. Frankly, if our country had a tax code that made sense and was fair/attractive to business accountants wouldnt have to get creative

Its how our "public servants" supplement their meager government salaries.
