i tend to believe the charlotte pd. if the guy had a gun then ....oh well. now tulsa is entirely different. even if the guy was behaving bizarrely there was no need for him to get shot. there were tons of cops, he wasn't going anywhere and they had tasers. tase the crap out of him first. cops that dumb shouldn't be cops. I agree with you completely. The Tulsa Guy's car supposedly broke down. Seems like a case of a panicky female cop who probably shouldn't be a cop and didn't have proper training completely freaking out. That incident seems like a real tragedy.

Evidence wouldn't matter to those people. We literally have forensic evidence that disproved the "hands up" claim that started this "movement" and they don't acknowledge that. Rioters are criminals and criminals will be criminals no matter what. The worst part of this is they have been given legitimacy by the powers that be. Interesting that the riots happen now (helps Hilary probably) possibly to deflect from the Muslim chicken bomber (which helps trump). Depends on how you look at it. I think it helps Trump in that state. Most people want safety and security. It helps Hillary in the sense that the news is not about her and we aren't talking about her health, emails, foundation, record, etc.

She looks like she should be a librarian or a teacher not dealing with these situations. He wasn't even pulled over for anything. His friggin car broke down. Idiots!!!!

Seems like a case of a panicky female cop who probably shouldn't be a cop and didn't have proper training completely freaking out. That incident seems like a real tragedy. The cops were responding to several calls about the car in the road, wherein at least one call described the motorist acting strangely and saying "I think he's smoking something". PCP (Angel Dust) was found in the car. Taser didnt work on him and he was disobeying the Officers commands. (Believe it or not..that's not your right...and raised the Officers level of suspicion exponentially) Finally, when the raised hands act is over, the guy appears to reach into the vehicle despite the families assertion that the drivers window was closed. I cant say whether I would have fired, but I'm aware of many scenarios just like this where cops ended up dead. Just some perspective.

Some people shouldn't be cops 32. The Blue Wall is what I have a problem with. It just seems that sometimes that Police Departments are more concerned with hiding shit then fixing problems and moving on.

I'm talking in general, nothing specific to these two cases. I'll be honest...they stick together because they do a job not alot of people understand. I didnt understand it until I did it. I was a total lib. Right out of college...knew everything, didnt like cops..didnt want to be one..but it was the 80's..the markets were tanking...no one was hiring. Took the test, the rest is history. When the shyte hits the fan, they circle the wagons...because you are surrounded by Indians that all know what should have been done without ever having walked an inch in your boots. There are tons of people that shouldnt be cops. Agreed on that..but the sheer number of cops needed..means regular, scared people get through the vetting process...and end up dealing with a drug-addled guy ignoring commands and seemingly intent on getting into his vehicle...is he going for a gun? Is he trying to drive away? Or in his drug-addled state..does he simply want the whole situation to go away and he's looking for sanctuary in his car? As a cop hoping to go home that night...you dont have the luxury of reading minds or X-ray vision...and you know the scenarios that occurred before... where seemingly similar benign situations ended in shocking violence and dead cops. Thats the reality..and no exaggeration. A quick check on the you-tubes will render countless vids of cops shot on "benign" car stops or street encounters. They are "shocking"...because the viewer..and the cop had no idea what was to come. So for this cop to react as she did? After a tazer didnt work...on a non-compliant subject...apparently reaching into his car? I aint second-guessing her. Police work is an imperfect a science as you will find..though everyone seems to be an expert in its execution.

I know it's a rough job and I wouldn't want to be a cop (especially now). But, this guys car broke down. What crime did he commit? This woman cop seemed like she was jumpy, scared and probably should have been behind a desk.

He didnt call the police...other motorists did and said he seemed unbalanced. One said he thought he was smoking something..and PCP was found in the car. You can verify everything I just said with a quick google check. You familiar with PCP? If not, I will gladly explain its effects.
