My bad. I live here in Charlotte and its on my mind. Stay safe man. Ive been to Charlotte a bunch of times and loved the city. I remember how clean and new it felt the first time I was there. Hope they don't completely destroy the town. It's really an utter shame and disgrace what is happening right now. The national guard needs to stop this destruction. Don't worry. Marshal Law is coming to every corner of the country in just a couple months, as soon as control of the internet has been established, as it's been sold to China and Iran. Experts in internet censorship. |

EVERYONE should have to watch this video. They should show it in schools. It puts so much perspective into what cops go through and those of us that arm chair QB their actions. Put yourself in their shoes and lets see how many of you are so willing to put your lives on the line. This guy is in a simulation so his life is safe and yet he shoots every time! Yet he will preach to the cops on how to act. PLEASE! The OK guy was a habitual criminal, acting strange, not following orders and possibly made a move towards the open window of his car. That puts the cops lives at risk and their nerves on edge. The SC guy was a reportedly, by cops and witnesses, holding a gun. We will see what the facts are but right now I have to side with the cops. Either way burning your town down is not the answer. Educating your children, especially on how to deal with the police properly, is the answer. The NYPD gave primers on use of force guidelines and some training on firearms use to reporters and District Attorneys...then put them in a simulator that involved them in various scenarios requiring split-second decision making. Needless to say they shot the sh*t of kids, women, nuns...you name it. |

Supposedly there is dash cam VIDEO EVIDENCE that the thug in Charlotte had a gun NOT a book and was approaching the cops. He CHOSE to die! No I haven't found that video but this news outlet says there is.

When you have the POTUS basically undermining and disparaging LE at every turn...and only when there are black citizens and white cops involved...it sends a message. I argued til I was blue in the face that an armed man is an imminent danger. My office manager was saying.. "He didnt have the gun pointed at him, why did he need to shoot?" To your point, I fully believe that many young "men" now in fact are brazen by Obama's comments when dealing with the law. Liberals haven't a friggin clue of the real world. My wife watches too much liberal TV (eg CNN) which begets "Why can't they just shoot the guy in the (leg, foot, arm) like they are snipers |

He still has a gun and is really pissed off. They could aim for the femoral.  That's not the reason either though. It's because you are trained to shoot center mass. This is safer for the public as it reduces the chance of an errant round hitting someone other than the intended target, and you are supposed to meet deadly physical force with deadly physical force. There's no de-escalation of that, anyone that needs a simpler way to understand that needs to (re)watch 'The Untouchables'. |
