The Canadians seem a little salty about shoutouts. If the shoe was on the other foot, they'd feel differently. USA went undefeated thru the whole tournament. It was a well deserved win. Plus they had to battle the hometown refs last night, too.

What a bunch of sad sack losers. Can't beat the Avalanche, losers of 4 in a row and 10 of 11 after having 6 days off. Allowing 39 shots, 5 in OT.

Considering I have Center Ice I have never missed this many Isles games almost ever. When I first moved out of NY in 97 I didn't have that option and now I do.......and could care less. Wake me up when Cappy and Garth gets fired. |

I have not quite gotten tot he point where I am rooting for the team to lose, although I understand the sentiment. Lets just say the losses don't really matter much anymore.

Lets just say the losses don't really matter much anymore. when I turned on the yotes and isles up one with 8 to go, I was pulling for the yotes to tie it up. I'll admit it. It's almost like a 'I can't believe this can happen AGAIN.' And then bam! It does. Oddly satisfying. This season is toast, so I'm rooting for losses instead of mediocre play the rest of the way. More losses equals more chance to get rid of Cappy and garf. |
