Yeah I was getting the alerts on my phone. 3rd period was non stop buzzing. Hopefully just another blip on the radar, but shut out in Ottawa and outscored 7-1 in Toronto does not give me a good feeling about these guys being road warriors. And since they only have like 6 home games left.... |

And since they only have like 6 home games left.... May as well come to grips with the fact that this is what the team is. Have some stretches where they are going to play really well, but there will also be times when they stink out the joint. Probably between the 8 & 10 seed the rest of the way, catch a break or two and maybe sneak into the playoffs, but probably not. They are who we thought they were. |

That was sweet. Needed that one.
I'll admit, when isles were controlling play, and then down 1-0, I wasn't feeling good about this one. Then 3-1 and then 3-2 right after. And then with the cappy go in to a shell prevent defense with 7 to go... I was shocked they started playing that shit. I would have bet $50 it was going to be tied 3-3 any minute. But got back the 2 goal lead, got the big 2 points. Hope no letdown on Saturday..

Wow, nothing? A beat down of the rangers, and not one comment? The wife and I went to see Hamilton last night -- when I bought the tix almost a year ago I had no way of knowing it would cause me to miss Isles-Rangers. Kept getting updates all through the show, but missed the game. |
