yeah, 30-40 black kids stomping a white girl, not newsworthyof course, you wouldn't have heard about it either if it was 30-40 white kids stomping a black girl. amirite I read about it in multiple news outlets, i think either Saturday or Sunday morning. How was it not newsworthy?

Nobody said that, James. I just said when you use a racist term, like muds, own it. Back to the original topic, they have the right to protest peacefully, however misguided, but I wouldn't have walked around the protesters either. They don't have a right to block the entrance no matter how peacefully. When you use terms like that you immediately become the bad guy and the focus on the issue is lost. Keep the focus on the morons. Don't give them an easy out by calling them some stupid name.

She's that butch ex-DHS head who was basically run out of her job for compelte and total incompetence. Unbelieveable the state of our colleges. All they teach is anti-US, revisionist history, complete and total nonsense. Feminisn, gender, race, they are sick disgusting traitors. They are the ones dividing us along gender and racial lines in order to win votes. They make me fucking sick. Its by design. Non of this is random or spontaneous. Wikileaks has proven that. I dont love Trump but I can look myself in the mirror after voting for someone who wants to grab a woman's pussy. A vote for HRC is a vote for 1984. Oh I know bro. The leaked emails about how they are going to try to fundamentally change the Catholic religion? They are sick, evil nightmares who need to be stopped. The PC police really turns my stomach though. Controlling thought. I will fight that fight til the day I die (even in simple ways like calling the company holiday party the Christmas Party. Every. single. time. Just because I know it drives some of the libs in my office crazy). I don't give a flying fuck. I swear I will never fucking let them make me think a certain way no matter what. And I am too intelligent and dashingly handsome for any one of them to ever be able to beat me in a debate of ideas.

They don't have a right to block the entrance no matter how peacefully. Im no lawyer, but yes and no. You are correct, you cant block an entrance legally, nor physically harass anyone. But they were blocking a bridge, and white and Asian students could walk around and cross the creek. I don't know if that would hold up in a court of law as blocking an entrance. But it may be a non-issue - reports say that they "violently rebuffed" people trying to get through, and there's no excuse for violent protest. The minute any one of them got violent, security or the cops should have been there. The whole thing is ridiculous to me, because by protesting for "safe spaces" for some, they are infringing on everyone else's "safe space". Racism in the service of activism is still racism. They're so called progressives, but there's nothing progressive about making whites and Asians (the poor Asians, swept up in all this, having to hop rock to rock across the creek bed) walk around the long way.

Blocking = preventing. That's illegal. Sure, you can stand in front of the bridge and shout and do whatever, but if people want to cross, you can't impede them (unless the municipality has issued them a permit to do so - then you can blame the municipality).

I think I read it in the NY Post first. The headline was something like "Attacks stoke racial tension", and article did mention the father saying "draw your own conclusions about it being race related". It did mention the races of attackers and victims, and that the FBI was looking into whether or not it was a hate crime, but also that the Philly police Lt said "there was no indication race was involved". A lot of pussy footing around. I agree, they're all scared to call it race related. I will say, back when I was in college, poor white "townies" used to target small groups or solo college kids walking around at night, because we were well off and there was resentment, and if you're going to rob someone, target someone who may have some money. So there certainly could be a socio-economic element to the attacks as well.

Do middle or upper class black people attack white people? Of course not - because they have chosen to be part of civilization. But poor black people (and some poor white people and poor Hispanics)? Fuck them. Put them on a ship and torpedo it and save the food stamps.

Im not arguing that particular item. What I'm questioning is "is a bridge on a public sidewalk an entrance, in the eyes of the law?" They weren't blocking a doorway, for instance. And its funny you mention a permit - I haven't seen mention, but UC being run by Janet Napolitano... I wonder if they had a permit, or other permission, and its being kept quiet? I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing was sanctioned. And at the end of the day, I'm more or less in agreement... the minute any one of them pushed or otherwise touched me to prevent my passing, its a whole different ballgame.

Thats against the TOS I'll let the stat king of this board, DDNY, back up my claim that most violent crimes in this country are committed by poor Black males. Fact. They are on the top of the list that "must go". Then you have the white trash (meth heads, etc.). They are next. Then you have the criminal Hispanic gangs like in LA. Note that no matter how poor Indian (as in India), or Koreans, or Chinese people are in this country, they rarely commit violent crimes. Tells you something. We'd clean up society real quick if we imposed capital punishment. You commit a violent robbery = you hang. You murder = you hang. You rape = you hang. You assault another human being except in self defense = 10 years minimum You sell drugs = you hang. Etc. All inner cities would be a lovely place to walk down at 11pm on any given night.

AND, I would extend this to white collar criminals as well.
You evade taxes after a certain threshold = you hang.

Those black teenagers in Philly who stomped on that white girls head? Hang em high.
That white college kid who was found guilty of raping that chick on the West Coast who only got 6 months? Hang em (or at the very least, castration).

The happy medium is what got us to where we are today - in for 30 days, parole for life, etc. The funny thing is how liberals think they can rehabilitate some life forms - they forget we are all animals, and some haven't quite evolved yet.
