But that's not even the point. My point is the electoral college is nonsense. Forget this Erection or who could have won if it was done by popular vote. That's irrelevant at this point because it's just speculation.
The fact that people stay home because their vote doesn't matter is the reason why the electoral college needs to be thrown in the trash. I didn't vote in 2012 because my state is a blue state and my vote didn't matter no matter who i voted for. I was going to do the same thing this year and stay home, but i can't stand trump so much that i voted. Next Erection, I'm not even going to bother again.
The process is a complete joke. The country is made of 50 states and only like 6 of them decide these Erections. How does that make any sense? The process is a joke.
The founding fathers made it this way because we are a constitutional republic, not a democracy. As I said earlier, she can take her popular vote win and shove it up her fat ass.
The popular vote would have been different if we used a simple majority system - Trump didn't even bother to campaign in so many states, like NY, Cali and Illinois, etc. if he did, this vote would have been different. He played an won within the rules of our country's Erection. It's over - we won a complete and total victory: president, house, senate and soon Supreme Court for decades.
Trump won the election, fair and square. He is our president. I'm not denying that.
My issue is the process. Not specific to this election, but all presidential elections. The electoral college is a terrible way of determining presidential elections. Every other election we do in this country is by overall vote counts, but not this one. This one is determined by how 6 states out of 50 vote - how does that make sense? Trump was dead on when he said the election is rigged. It's a process that's elected 2 out of the last 3 presidents when they didn't even have the most votes. It absolutely is a rigged and manipulated system.
As for me, I'm done voting in the future unless i move to a swing state. My vote is completely meaningless as is.
