Christie wont be in the cabinet. His confirmations will be held up by bridgegate and give Dems a chance to make the administration look bad.
And it was announced today Christie is no longer heading the transition team. Pence is. My guess is Christie will get a cushy job somewhere in the Trump Organization or lobbying.

Word is Trump is thinking about getting rid of the Dept of Education and it got me thinking. I dont know if it needs to be a Cabinet level thing, but I would like to see something like the Dept of Technology created. Put someone like Mike Bloomberg in charge of it.There is so much waste and fraud in the government right now because the systems are so antiquated.

That really isn't a bad idea but I don't think Bloomberg is the guy for that. I would love to see him find a place for Ron Paul. Ron Paul had some great ideas about decreasing the size of the government and I think he could be an asset. |
