Someone just needs to ask Obama if he is considering a pardon for someone he was campaigning for just a few days ago for the office of President. The topic of a pardon came up at the White House press briefing and the spokesman spun out of it rather then firmly saying no pardon. If she's done nothing wrong, why should she need a presidential pardon? I agree, but the idea of her receiving a pardon is being floated about. Why wouldnt he just put an end to it say no? |

If she's done nothing wrong, why should she need a presidential pardon? When he pardons her it will prove that the right choice was made when we elected Trump. And he is going to pardon her. |

I don't think he will. One, it would tarnish his legacy and two, where does he stop? At Hillary? Trump can get her on the server/classified material and the Clinton foundation stuff without going after anyone in Obamas administration. If he pardons Hillary he forces Trump/the new AG to go after people in Obamas administration, making him look even worse. He's not going to start handing out pardons to his own people because he would look worse than Nixon. I think he's gonna let her face the heat alone. |

I like what Rome did with the Consuls. When you were elected you couldn't be prosecuted while in office. The job is hard enough without having to deal with depositions and shit. Not to mention its embarrassing. When you left office you were fair game again.

If he doesnt pardon her he looks bad as well. And perhaps that is why they met for 90 minutes yesterday instead of the usual 10. Maybe trying to sell Trump on the proposition of doing it himself. You can make a decent argument for or against. I say they should let the email thing go away and allow the FBI to continue to look into the foundation. I believe the criminality in the foundation goes way beyond just her. And I think the email server thing does involve Obama and to drag him back into the fold would be terrible for the country. Just let it go. BTW, I love the fact we are talking about pardons and even the MSM is discussing it. Just proves that she was a criminal and how they were all shilling for a criminal. |

For the love of God, no more Ivy League constitutional lawyers in Washington. I would rather have veterans and businessmen/women. We have 3 branches and separation of powers for a reason. Obama was the one that tried to circumvent the other two branches. Trump is already working with Congress and has some Dems on board with him for trade, infrastructure and health care reform. Canada and Mexico have already said they are going to come to the table about NAFTA. People need to stop whining. |

In todays world given the amount of law degrees in congress having just a building degree a law degree and mind is always useful. |
