I had been posting on the scout forum for 10 years until it died this season- glad I have somewhere to go! Welcome! I had 1,062 posts on JI - can you fix me up? Thank you in advance.

Happy to have found this forum! Was a lurker and occasional poster on JetsInsider/Scout, though much more active on the NY Mets boards. Only had 100 posts on the Jets forum, although I've been around since 2004. Let's hope for better days ahead!

Happy I found this forum. I was a longtime reader (never posted) of JetsInsider.com, followed it over to scout.com and then started looking elsewhere. Been a Jet fan as long as I can remember, my family had season tickets back when we lived in New Jersey. However, had to give them up when we moved to NC when I was 8. That was in 1993. I live outside of Washington D.C. now and work as a criminal defense attorney, family law attorney and contract attorney. Briefly worked for a sports law firm as an agent and was certified with the NFLPA for two years. Very happy that this site looks to be quite active, as I often want to vent about the Jets. As my father once told me when I was young, he gave me the yankees but screwed me with the Jets. They are like "rooting for a heart attack" but I do it year in and year out. From losing the playoff game to the Oilers when I believe we had three different series inside the 5 yard line and went for it on 4th each time and came away with 0 pts. To missing the kick against the Lions, to missing all the FGs against the Steelers in the playoffs, to Garrison Hurst running untouched 98 yards in OT. I still bleed green and white.
