Not only did I serve some short time in that prison I also layed the block for the cells Local 1 year before I became a big shot. Going there telling everyone I built most of the cells really didn't excite anyone as much as it did me. Of course side note Fucking foreman on that job was an Irish prick from Dublin where the fucking contractor was out of. I was 21. Me and him finally got into it over him trying to put me in the elevator shift after some prick fell 2 days before me due to the shanty Irish scaffolding.. I didn't even have to work but I was never like that I worked my ass off even on a no show job. That's just how I was. I buried a Brick hammer in the fucks head at the coffee truck after he sucker punched me from behind for making all the guys laugh when I told him to go fuck a leprechaun. My rise to fame in the union......Was on another job by end of day. I don't want to be "that guy" but I understand the intent of the law and agree with it in most cases but they have to be careful. Supposedly a lot of people on the sex offenders registry are teens that shared a nude pic or 19 dating a 17 year old or whatever and the girl/family are mad at the guy when things go wrong. I say hang the real predators but mandatory sentencing is a slippery slope. |
