Funny how the AP leaves out key details and frames it as though the guy did nothing wrong. Asleep, drunk, behind the wheel in the drive thru lane is DUI. Fighting cops and taking a taser and shooting it at the cops is assaulting an officer and resisting arrest not being "largely cooperative".

The police officers were good-humored with him, too, until he blew a .108 on the field breath test and they tried to arrest him for DUI. Then he attacked the officers, took one's taser and apparently shot it at one of the officers who returned fire. Your tweet is misleading
