Enrollment in Obamacare has surged in the last month as people are worried their health insurance will be taken away as republicans have promised to repeal the AcA. Ironically the five states where there have been the most signups were in the five states that voted for Trump. Hahaha I hope they like not being able to have health insurance again. Republicans want to KEEP the "Good parts " of Obamacare and get rid of the "bad" parts. Well now they're even talking about keeping the tax on earners above $200k because they just figured out the program needs revenue. Welcome to the real world GOP where it's not good enough to just scream Repeal and replace when you have nothing to replace it with. So their brilliant idea is to "repeal" it, but not really, for three years so they can say they did something. "A record number of people signed up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act for the coming year, Barack Obama's administration announced Wednesday, with the most people selecting coverage in states that Donald Trump won in November. Some 6.4 million people signed up by the mid-December deadline — 400,000 more enrollees than the same period last year, according to the Department of Health and Human Services. In a twist, the states with the most people selecting coverage all went for Trump in the presidential election: Florida, with just under 1.3 million selections; Texas, with about 776,000; North Carolina, with 369,077; Georgia, with 352,000; and Pennsylvania, with 290,950." So I was looking for a source of some claims here and read an article on Vox because of it. It is total misinformation. Call it fake news or bad reporting or whatever but it is disingenuous. I bolded the most important part since I know reading is difficult for some. They claim that Trump will repeal Obamacare and that it will mean that all those people will no longer have insurance which isn't even close to reality. He has said over and over that it is repeal and replace. He wants to change regulations to make it cheaper for EVERYONE. Obamacare is not working. It was developed to fail to push us to the promised land of a single payer system. It's like saying the only way you could buy beer is if the government subsidized it. There will still be options just like before and he has said he will keep the restrictions that you have to allow people to get insurance if they have a pre-existing condition. There are still something like 25 million people that aren't insured, Obamacare didn't fix anything and as the prices go, reportedly 50-100% this year, up more will drop off. www.votwitter.com/2016/12/13/13901874/obamacare-trump-voter-health-insurance-repealThis Trump voter didn't think Trump was serious about repealing her health insurance Updated by Sarah Kliff and Byrd Pinkerton Has nothing to do with the fact that it is open enrollment now right? Or the fact that Obama are is their only choice since it destroyed the market and removed any choices. Trump has said it would be in place for a couple years to allow a transition but the media is scaring people to think it will be taken away day one.

Medicine is a feminine field? Is that counting the millions of moms who make chicken soup? lmao. That seemed weird to me as well. Although "medicine" is a pretty broad term. Nursing?

From Jay Rosens blog: shout "fake news" when you don't agree with something. Authoritarian regimes manipulate news into propaganda by sowing confusion, a la Trump tweeting something then his staff "correcting " it, this deliberately muddies the water. He used this tactic to perfection with talking to the NYT about climate change (it's complicated nobody knows) Russian hacking (nobody knows) and "the cyber" in general (nobody knows). YES. we do know. Oh and now he has inside info on the hacking he will reveal Tuesday or Wednesday. Jesus fucking Christ. Of course he has it since he was in on it
4. An organized movement on the political right to discredit mainstream journalism, which stretches from Steve Bannon in the White House to Trump’s army of online trolls, with Breitbart, Drudge Report, talk radio and Fox opinion hosts mediating between the two, while the “alt reality” fringe feels newly emboldened. Its latest tactic is to shout down as “fake news” any work of reporting that conflicts with its worldview, leaving the term useless as a fraud alert. “Over the years, we’ve effectively brainwashed the core of our audience to distrust anything that they disagree with,” said John Ziegler, a conservative radio host, to a New York Times reporter. “Because the gatekeepers have lost all credibility in the minds of consumers, I don’t see how you reverse it.” In fact, no one knows how to fix this.

VTN... You liked Bernie did you not? He called these scumbags out just the same. All of the establishment news is the fake news and propaganda. The cl1nt0n news network and the DNC are doing exactly the only thing they know how to do. Try and reverse the script by claiming the other side is guilty of what they themselves have used as practice to their very core. Just like they called Bernie a sexist. and a racist. when the man marched with fucking MLK. don't fall for it. Fuck them. Stop defending them you know they are liars.

This is how you do it. Make shit up, people have to dispute it, argue about something that never happened, cause confusion, sow doubt about the truth. PROPAGANDA in other words. This is how authoritarian regimes rule
"Trump suggested that intelligence officials postponed an " 'intelligence' briefing on so-called 'Russian hacking' " that they were set to deliver to him this week because they might need more time "to build a case." He called the alleged delay "very strange." Trump said last week that he would receive an intelligence briefing on the Russian breaches this week and suggested it would come early on, telling reporters on New Year's Eve that they would know more about the subject "Tuesday or Wednesday." But US intelligence officials disputed Trump's tweet alleging a delay"

CNN was caught using footage from the videogame Fallout 4 to show Russian hacking during the election (the screen on the terminals that you hack in the game).

Trump was stating his opinion about the intel briefing. He said "perhaps they need more time to build a case". Bottom line is they know he knows they are bullshitting about Russia and he is calling their bluff.
I believe Assange. He said a 14 year old could have hacked Podesta. And that the Russians had nothing to do with it. The fucking morons knew they were getting hacked and they still didnt even bother to change their passwords. INCOMPETENCE.
Keep taking the bait. People should be more concerned with the content rather than how it was gotten. DNC committed tyranny. Plain and simple.

I am not a fan of Bernie at all but I am outraged at what happened to him because above all there must be a fair election. We know the media is biased and to an extent we can live with it. But they went above and beyond. As did the DNC. They did try to rig it for Hillary. This Russia bullshit is all a smoke screen.
