Are you blaming Trump for the worldwide Wuhan virus outbreak? And please try not to go around in circles. Its a simple question.

I don't blame Trump for the existence of the virus.
But its fair to criticize his handling of the situation, much like Trump did with Ebola and Obama.

Trumo should have stood up 2 weeks ago and state.. "We are in this together, we'll get through it together" wahs hands etc. Yet he stated he would continue shaking hands. BUT.. had he done what I suggest, I fear the market crash we see now would have occured then. THEN he would be crucified for different reasons. He is in a no win situation and in balance, I think he has done as well as any could do. It's a fucked up situation.

Perhaps stylistically, but he started with the task force and travel restrictions back when the MSM and DNC were still trying to make Pelosi president. And what exactly led to all of medicine and supplies being made in the country that spawned this hell? Trump was the first politician in my lifetime to even attempt to stand up to China. Manufacturing is a national security issue. Now we learn the lesson.

And if we are going to compare. As foolish as it is. We lost 12,000 people to H1N1 in 2009. Over 60 million total effected. Those are CDC numbers.

That said, whatever fucking red tape is holding up the testing needs to be gone. And if people think more government agencies would solve this then they dont understand anything. That is why it is so slow to respond. Too much coordination needs to be done. I heard today they are working on bypassing some FDA guidelines that should help speed things up. Hope its true.

Trumps decision to shut down his global health security team 2 years ago can’t be ignored. Would it have stopped this, I have no idea but it couldn’t have hurt. I just think his 100 % focus on business issues only is showing. I think a true statesman would have done a hell of a lot better. As we are seeing a good economy is useless if other issues are at play.

I just think his 100 % focus on business issues only is showing. I think a true statesman would have done a hell of a lot better. Yeah. Because that team would have made China allow the CDC to visit Wuhan and to work with the Chinese. The Chinese shut everyone out. They stalled, lied and then threw their hands up when it was too late. Nothing was ever going to stop this. The Chinese do what they want. And we let them bc they own us. And until we are willing to put our money where our mouth is, nothing is going to change. And if a month from now it turns out to be way less than we feared they are going to blame him for overreacting.
