What's really scary is that tactics are changing. People of different faiths are putting on hijabs, pledging solidarity by promising to register as Muslim; if this keeps up, they can just stop attacking us altogether, they'll get people to convert by uniting them against Trump. It's truly frightening.

I've had so many interactions with people about this who feel sympathetic (tolerant is the word they use), that I find it unsettling. |
