So you agree that it's ok for States to ask voters to produce a drivers license or state issue ID? Absolutely. Why would it not be ok? Do most states not do that? I have to every time i vote. Frank, States do not check to see if people that show up to vote are citizens, they check to see if they showed up in the right precinct. Below you will see an ID issued by California with the words "Federal limits apply". Someone else is going to focus on it. He is not going to do the investigation himself. But the president sets policy. I think the integrity of our voting system is important and worthy of discussion. And it may not have effected the outcome of this election but it can effect the outcome of an election, especially local and state elections. Wait you mean Trump isn't going to personally do everything he accomplishes?!?! This is the EXACT time they should be looking into it. There are almost 2 years until the next important elections. Give the team time to collect evidence and prove once and for all where the weaknesses are and allow time to fix it. |

So you admit it is a serious issue if true, and yet the MSM went so far as to float the idea of removing Trump for merely saying there needs to be an investigation. Absolutely. Illegals should play no part in an election. I just don't think it's something the president should be focusing on post-election. If it does happen, I'd hope some governing body is doing something to fix the issue. That's assuming this one guys opinion is correct and this does happen. When i went and wasted my time to vote, I had to show my driver's license and my name was checked off a registered voter's list. Never really gave it much thought, but I don't see how potentially millions could get around doing that. My polling place has never, ever, asked to see my ID. I just sign my name next to my last signature in the book for my ward, and go vote. |
