The remove 2 for every new one provision is great. There are too many contrary and overlapping regulations as it is. Make things easier to understand and get out of the way of new jobs.

I read an article today that the regulatory reforms could save us $180 billion. Surely a little bit of Washington math involved but even if you cut that down to whatever you want it makes "the wall" look cheap.
