I went vegan for six months. It was hell, but melted off about 35lbs. Realized I missed steak and bacon. The 35lbs came back sooooo fast.

I would try it but buying fresh fruits & vegetables is a pain in the assĀ Quinoa and fresh vegetables (frozen suck). Fruits have a ton of sugar, but I managed to house a few kiwis a week. I've perfected a peppers, onions, and shallots slurry and still make it now. Giving up eggs and cheese was so much harder than meat.
