By that thinking, this person MUST BY LAW now use the girls room....you OK with that?  I don't get why people care who's pissing or shitting next to them so much in public bathrooms. I'm in there to piss and get out. 99% of people don't even make eye contact with anyone else while they're in public bathrooms. Never got the big deal about this. Its a fake issue for people who think transgendered = sexual predator. They just want to pee like you. |

I think both are horrible, I am in no way excusing pedos. However systemic celebration of trans culture can also confuse/hurt a kid. If an adult wants to choose their identity, get surgery, take hormones, whatever, I agree with you. Their body, their choice. If a child does then I think it is as bad as touching them letting them make irreversible changes to their body. One is one tool (Milo) making stupid comments that very few support. The other is a movement by the left to push that is it a great thing to be trans. I don't think a mentally stable boy or girl that age would ever want to be the opposite sex. If that's something they want to do, they should probably be talking with a qualified psychologist to help figure out what's going on. I don't think young children should be having life changing surgery until they're adults - that should be against the law. Same for 15 year old girls wanting boob or nose jobs. They're still children. The fact that a lot of modern society now accepts transgender people should have zero influence on a child. No mentally stable child is going to just want to become the opposite sex because they see it on TV or society has accepted it. It doesn't work that way. Now if you have a clinically depressed kid that wants to die and the only thing that makes him happy is dressing like a girl, who am i to tell him to stop? It's none of my business. He shouldn't be allowed to have life changing surgeries at 10 years old, but who cares if he wants to wear a dress instead of whatever boys wear these days? If it's the only thing keeping him from wanting to die, let him live. But I'd hope he'd also be under the care of professionals because there probably is a lot more going on there. And regarding Milo, no one supports what he says other than other child molesters. You go to jail for doing the things he advocated. It's against the law. The other is an idea that a lot of society has now grown to accept. Not even close. Milo is a piece of shit. You don't think kids are influenced by what is on TV and is celebrated in our society? Do you have kids? |

Nope...in the ladies room....with that 12 year old girl. Congrats on you new law folks!  There is no NEW LAW it was the removal of a law There is no law. A law is passed by Congress. This was a directive given to the Dept of Ed. One that was being challenged in the courts bc states are saying Title IX does not apply to gender identity. It is the Trump Administrations stance that this is a states issue. So all these libtard states screaming blood murder can just have their own guidelines if they want. It is going before the Supreme Court next month. Frankly, I dont even know why they removed the directive bc it is now being used as a fund-raiser. They should have just waited until the Supreme Court made the decision. |

OK, so if a transgender person who legit looks like the gender they are trying to emulate walks into the bathroom that complies with their appearance, no one is going to care because no one is going to know. No issue, nothing to see here, move on. But, if a low achieving transgender person looks "freakish" it raises a flag -- It is the same for any person who by their appearance looks homeless or creepy in any way. Who the fuck is standing up for the rights of the creepy people who are harassed and watched like criminals on societal-wide probation when they enter a bathroom around children? Please, let people deal with this on a local level. I live in a very conservative area and know of several transgender people who have no issues in regard to their bathroom use -- do you know why? Because, we know them, and despite the fact that one is particular is a 6'4" man trying to be a woman (and who by any account is doing a piss poor job of it and blows the lid off the creepy/freakish scale) they are not strangers to others in the community. We know them. So, we can put aside the creepy appearance that sets off our natural instinct to be extra careful around them. So, in a nutshell -- don't look creepy around strangers while trying to use a public bathroom. Consider this pointer a helpful life-cheat. And, it you "choose" to be a non-conformist type of person, well then be prepared to accept the consequences. Non-conformity has a price in every culture. It's a human thing, and it's not going away. It's like getting mad at people for breathing. Appreciate your well thought out opinion. I think you're creating boogeyman scenarios to help support your existing point of view. I feel the local issue slant is a cop out. Hey, lets let the blacks we know use out water fountain cuz we know them. Blacks passing through town? NO WAY. Either US citizens have right or they dont. There is no right to choose which bathroom you want to use. You can't create rights just by stating them. As for the getting rid of illegals is a way to get rid of illegal immigration is total BS and just a way to try to create backlash against enforcing our laws.
