This private Trump rally viewing party in NC has more participants than a Biden rally.

Given our good relationship with Bolsonaro I expect this to be an easy loophole to close. But they will then find another country to fly into. Its crazy how we literally have laws that prevent us from controlling who is in out country.

Hard to imagine there was a time where the sun never set on the British Empire.

Hard to imagine there was a time where the sun never set on the British Empire. It is amazing that this is what is considered important these days.

Hard to imagine there was a time where the sun never set on the British Empire. And If the Dems/libs get control, expect to see the same thing here. Britain and the EU are the canary in the coal mine. Thankfully trump beat the sick demented old feminist hag Hillary, and that shock has caused the left’s heads to explode and launched the resistance because it was such an unexpected victory for us and devastating defeat for the forces of PC group think.

I can't retire at 55 but my company does do a 401k match at 6% and gives a pension plus other great benefits like being able to pay to stay on the company health insurance after retirement. Honestly I am not sure what the youngest I could retire with full benefits is. My buddies have unlimited vacation etc. in their private sector jobs. My private sector job offers unlimited sick / personal days. Very few abuse it, and those who do, don't last.

My buddies have unlimited vacation etc. in their private sector jobs. I know several people who have "unlimited" vacation. None of them take more than four weeks because the unlimited part of it is an illusion. Exactly. Unlimited is a nice word to throw around, but anyone abusing that is not going to be very productive or last very long.

Four is ok. My point is that plenty of companies offer "unlimited" vacation as a perk, but absolutely no one would ever take more than four out of fear of abusing it. So it's a fake perk. I'm positive that the "unlimited" vacation thing was created after they did research that revealed that 99% of people who have "unlimited" vacation take much less vacation than employees who have a set amount of vacation days. You are totally right. It's a BS made up thing. I think it would be hysterical to get a job where they offer "unlimited" vacation and as soon as the interview is over and you get offered the job, tell them you're taking off the next 3 months. Times are definitely changing, and companies are going with unlimited sick and vacation days, in part because it sounds good, and then they don't have to pay you out for unused days if you leave. Work from home, flexible schedules, its all perks to draw talent, but anyone who works in a role associated with generating or protecting revenue for a private company knows, if there's a big deal, you do conference calls while on a "day off" or at night. You do what needs to be done, or else someone else will, and you'll be looking for a job.
