But Soros/Clinton is the conspiracy theory? Got it. In your elite mind you do understand the Russians utilized the things they saw that were easy to make both sides even more polarized, they used BOM, Soros and every other thing they knew about. So yes that was one of them, shit even FB hired a company to promot anti-Soros stuff to make it look like they were trying to do the right thing. The Russians used both conspiracy nutty sides against one another to create more public distrust towards one another. Got it? My mind is elite because it wasn't corrupted by the soft-head shit I read online or see on TV. I'm typically smart enough to tune out the noise and recognize things for what they are. The shit you're putting forth is next level. To me it's akin to someone saying "everything I say is a lie; I'm telling you the truth." So, who's to say what's truly 'right?' Russians can/will do whatever they want. The bigger problem are the globalist types here in the US who feel they know best for the group, specifically Twitter and Facebook. If they would be less partisan, perhaps the Russians (or Chinese) would be less successful in pulling off their nefarious plots. But instead we're stuck with Twitter marginalizing anyone by withholding verified status, or worse, contrarily 'enforcing' their ToS against those whose tweets reflect something they feel is bad for business. I realize they are private companies, as is the press, but it's getting out of hand how one-sided it's all becoming. And THAT'S something worth getting upset about.

Don’t use Twitter and FB is overhyped. Im more than happy to listen to you defend the current President and his horrific past and his future is kinda fucking all of us.

This isn't about you, so don't make it. Use your elite mind and re-read what I wrote, mull it over in your head, do a little research, then comment. Your decision to not use Twitter and belief that "FB is overhyped" shouldn't mean you can choose to ignore what I said as not being an issue. Furthermore, if FB is "overhyped" as you state, then WTF did the Russians really achieve on such a poor platform? Once again, I've tried to engage you in civil (for this place), thoughtful debate. I even managed to stay on topic and expound on the bigger picture with the possibility of a bigger mind-fuck than you put forth, with a side of civic concern thrown in. You? Well you blow off the point of the post with a throwaway line (which is better than your typical ignoring of it), then go back to your favorite tactic of changing the topic, shockingly in this case about the past actions of a POTUS, something typically you are abhorrent to engage in when the subject is anyone other than Trump. So, tell me now if I should stop trying, because then I will.

Add FB and Twitter are free applications for their users making it easier for the common person to use. I have no interest in ultra right or left wing propaganda. I think both fringes are dangerous. Cable news caters to their viewers in order to be appealing to advertisers. Money has destroyed honorable news and it’s hard to find. Mergers haven’t helped either.

Lou is right. Trump is right. And even the normies are catching on.
It is absurd what they are doing. Trump need to be even more aggressive on this. And frankly, messaging savvy. Shape the narrative. Make it about young couples trying to purchase homes whostand to lose buckets over the term of their mortgages.

And audit those motherfuckers while your'e at it. The word audit doesn't exist in government when it comes to spending.

I don't think people search for info on FB as much as share what's presented to them, sort of like a chain email (remember those?!?). I agree that the problem typically comes from sharing within a vacuum as presumably the people you friend on FB and other social media are mostly like-minded as yourself. I have the unique privilege of my friend base on FB being somewhere around 60% opposite me politically, maybe 40% opposite socially. Of that I'll say this; there's a WHOLE lot of cockeyed thinking when it comes to white folks, lol. Agree about the news (and to a large degree, the scientific community as well). Too much money changing hands to permit unbiased views.

Doctors and pharmacists need to be held responsible as well.
