Trump will have a long list of pardons on his desk after the January inauguration. Nine fucking years in prison? Come on. If this is a state crime there is nothing he can do. Would be nice if Republican lawmakers in that state (which is a blue druggy shithole) would move to impeach the judge or use whatever mechanisms they have available. |

I thought she was on trial for murder or something with the way this judge was speaking to her. It’s a sad state of affairs but I wouldn’t trust a dem judge or jury to treat me fairly if I was ever in court. They are sick, demented and totally out of control. |

When I was posting I stopped to think that it wasn't a federal violation but guessed he would have had that power. Evidently, it's up the Colorado Governor, an openly gay, democrat. |
