You don't want the 4th or 5th best QB in the draft at #1? He's got elite tools and terrible accuracy! Picking Arden Key and Derwin James would be a mercy kill over Allen. Actually I do. We're going all in on QB next year. I just hope Mac isn't the one making that decision. |

If we pick a DE next year when there will be QB's galore I'm done. We are and I'm all in on QB. I've just never seen a QB go from 56% to above 60% in a year. He's also not playing against the best. I expect us to be top 5 next year. As of right now if we have to settle for Allen I'll be pissed. It will be another 3+ years wasted. |

I don't think you can dismiss Allen's accuracy just based on his completion percentage. He generally puts the ball in a good place, his problem is making throws that he shouldn't be making (which is also a problem). The hope, however, is that his game matures this year and he is wiser about what throws he makes. Once he improves on that, his completion percentage is going to improve. |

The only other position I can be ok taking is a Left Tackle. That's it. LT is a huge need, but we can always overpay for the in FA. Yeah, for sure. I definitely want them to, and expect them to, go QB in the 1st next year. I was more just responding to that ridiculous mock draft. |
