This kind of box grater? What do you do with the broccoli after that? EVOO in a skillet. Minced garlic until fragrant, do not burn. Chopped onion, shaved Broccoli, red pepper flakes, sauté, then add parsley, toasted pine nuts, fresh basil. Pasta till el dente, reserve some pasta water, toss pasta into veggie mix, add lemon zest and juice, pasta water as needed, pecorino Romano, season with salt and pepper, dish out and top with a nice finishing olive oil. _ Nice. Now here we go. thats what i;m talking about. some directions. sounds like a nice light dish that i will enjoy. never heard of broccoli pesto, interesting.

Salmon with Honey Ginger Thai Chile Glaze, Broccoli and Jasmine Rice. _ That sounds really good. My go to salmon dish is roasting it after brushing it with little olive oil, lemon juice, honey, paprika, toasted/crushed coriander seeds, and salt. Then I serve it with a roasted red pepper and corn relish. How do you make your glaze?

Usually I poach it in foil on the grill with white wine, lemon butter and fresh dill and then I make a dill sauce with sour cream or yogurt, lemon, shallots, s &up and a mess if fresh dill. _

Just made a lighter version of my white sangria.
1.5 ml bottle of Barefoot Sav Blanc 6 fresh squeezed Valencia oranges 1 each fresh squeezed lemon and lime 6 cut up ripe peaches and 3 apricots Cup each of raspberries, blueberries and sliced strawberries Chuncks of fresh pineapple and watermelon 1 tablespoon of super fine sugar No brandy or orange liquor Set in fridge for 2 hours Topped with lemon lime seltzer in a glass full of ice with lemon or lime slices
Today would have been my 32nd wedding anniversary, June 9, 1985.
Funny how I could never remember it in life but now I can't forget it. Up to the cemetery to drop off her favorite- a can of Diet Coke and the sangria should be perfect when I get back.
Cheers, hon.

Salmon with Honey Ginger Thai Chile Glaze, Broccoli and Jasmine Rice. My technical skills aren't the best, but I tried making it tonight. Really enjoyed the marinade. Can't get the pic to work for some reason, but yeah. imgur.com/a/3GSc3

Made Coconut Thai Curry Wings on the grill tonite.
Marinated wings (I only use Perdue Oven Stuffer Wingettes) in Red Thai chili paste, unsweetened coconut milk, honey, soy sauce, lime zest and lime juice.
Pretty good although I think next time I'll take the extra marinade, reduce it some then dump it on the wings in a bowl after grilling them.
