What is cardamom? Got a Thai iced coffee recipe that calls for brewing the coffee with cardamom.

Thai Basil Chicken tonite --or as my little lemon colored friends call it --Gai Pad Grapow.
Getting better at it. So good.

Pineapple juice, Meyers dark rum, on the rocks - what's that called? Hurricane or something like that? Dark and stormy?

I suppose instead of a name for this, while on the beach in Exuma I could just tell Javier to get me a Meyers on the rocks with a splash of pineapple. Seems like so many words, though.

When do you go and have you ever been before? I am looking at Exuma or Abaco. Anything to do on the island but fish? I would VRBO a house to be honest.

Not scheduled in the foreseeable future either. I was just imagining what it would be like to be on an exotic beach with my personal servant where all I'd have to do to get a drink is a hand signal and a small nod. Heading to poor mans Exuma in a week. The land of Florida Man. I'll have to make my own drinks. Be careful with VRBO. A lot, if not most, is not BO anymore. They'll charge you a bullshit 5% fee now, some kind of 'VRBO guarantee'. Look at the fine print, if it's a real estate company, contact them direct instead of thru VrBO.
