What kind of lamb would you use? Boneless leg and cube it?

Lamb stew meat. I think it's shoulder cut into cubes.

I make some b 0 m 6 ass indian food. Like an old indian woman. you would never believe it wasn't prepared by a (dot) indian I do veggie ones and also have done some fish curries etc. Soon I will be breaking the vows and preparing a pork dish
And yes you can use a slow cooker crock pot... just make sure you get yor spices right and tbh it won't quite taste the same since you are not browning the seasonings and cumin seeds but it will still taste pretty good. Better than frozen but not as good as on the flame.
TBH I would suggest starting on stove then finish in slow cooker

I may Brown the meat first, not sure. I also may make chicken vindaloo instead because a few people coming over aren't huge lamb fans. Pussies. _

BTW- I'm not normally a huge fan of fruit infused beers, other than a squeeze of lime in a Corona. Please let us know how it tastes.

Also I haven't been drinking much beer at all lately.
Pretty much wine and booze.

Oh, all right. I was going to bring some tafelspitz for you... You know more Jewish stuff than me! _ Lol. Tafelspitz is Austrian. It's a boiled beef dish. If you are ever in Vienna, go to Plachutta Restaurant. Get some of this and some wiener schnitzel. Great meal.... www.plachutta-wollzeile.at/en/tafelspitz

Great meal.... www.plachutta-wollzeile.at/en/tafelspitzlol I'm half Austrian but I've only been to Salzburg and Innsbruk but my Mom did very little of that type cooking. She was quickly assimilated into the Italian side of the family and that's all I remember her cooking. Spent some not so great time in Bavaria, love schnitzel in hunter sauce. _

Could see myself drinking these all afternoon at a BBQ. Not like a shandy at all, which is fine for me. I never enjoyed lemonade with beer. Basically, this stuff is a not too hoppy Summer ale. Crisp and delightful. Can't say I actually tasted watermelon or lime. Not sweet at all. Would probably buy it again.
