Difference between speech that is calling for violence and speech that offends some group. Offensive speech is protected by our first amendment (thank God). As we have seen, someone somewhere will be offended by almost anything. Seems Europe leaves it up to the SJW to subjectively decide these things. 1984 is calling and the thought police want their book back. I'm not telling Europe how to live, but this idea that you can get arrested for saying something (control speech and you control thought) is completely alien to me and most Americans (except for those on college campuses).
