I'm not sure what can be said to make you feel better, but there might be two things that could help.

I like being married, the thought of dating again is not appealing. I think of course about getting some strange sometimes and I do enjoy those moments. Married 32 years today and heading to Vegas ( bitches) for a quick vacay with the wife. Left the kids and dog at home.
Life is good.

Happily married here. Starting to realize I may be one of the few. Can't speak to your situation but I'll just say put the kids well-being as the highest priority. It's important that they don't start to believe all relationships will end in failure......despite what our relationship with the Jets tells us! Good luck my man. Wishing the best for you. I got married young and divorced young. I knew her since I was a kid and knocked her up in my early 20s. We got divorced and have had a great relationship since. But I was divorced for 12 years before I got married again. And I was happy being single. I liked the idea of being married but it wasn't an infatuation. The only way I would have done it again was if I met the right girl. My my wife is that. I could not be more happily married. I think the problem in many marriages is not taking a little time to realize what you have. That goes for husband and wife. Too many dumbasses are never fucking happy, destroy their marriages and then regret it. Not saying you're doing that Gootz but take a while to think about what you have and what you won't have. My wife knows that I think women are hot. And she has no issue with me thinking they are. But she also knows that I would never cheat on her. It's all a matter of knowing what you have and being happy. I'm a lucky son of a bitch.

Divorced and loving it. After a hellish 18 month custody battle I'm finally out the other end and life is sweet again for the first time in a decade. I would never marry again. And I'd advise my son not to either -- at least not in Massachusetts. There's no pretense of fairness or equality in Massachusetts divorce court. A guy is nothing but a paycheck.
