I hope all injures parties recover fully. No one deserves this. More senseless violence. But I cant get past the irony. Scalise is bought and paid for by the NRA. I certainly hope the NRA releases statement in the next few days advising all softball players to carry. Yeah, like the Pulse shooting was a "gun issue". Wake the fuck up. When Gabby Giffords was shot it was blamed on all the hate from Republicans on talk radio. So who is to blame for this? Couldn't have anything to do with every media outlet fanning the flames and people like Loretta Lynch calling for blood in the streets? NAH! Depends, did Dems release a graphic with a gun site aimed at Scalise? |

Where is the picture of Giffords in the crosshair or with a gun to her head? Perhaps the map with crosshairs is not the most appropriate thing but it pales to actually beheading pictures and plays depicting assassination. Calling people nazis. Telling people that GOP want to kill people of color and children.
Not one-sided, by definition, but I would say the scales are pretty tilted.

Caesar’s character, of course, is brutally slain in the play. Remember the the outrage? (I don't) Goes back to our comment on the outcome of Russiagate on Trump. We see what we want to see.  |
