But seriously it's amazing how in over his head this guy is. _ I remember for me it came down to Bowles or Quinn and I wanted Bowles because it seemed he did more with less talented players. It seemed like he was aggressive too with the number of blitzes he called. You look at him as a HC and he isn't aggressive at all. I guess it was Ariens. He really fooled me, he blows. Same for me, and after their 1st seasons, i was confident we made correct pick. Boy what an idiot I was. |

Colts may be worse than us Thats what I am afraid of. If Luck is out for any length of time, they ain't winning much with Tolzien and that defense. I could see the Colts getting the #1 pick and auctioning it off to the highest bidder to build a team around Luck. Cleveland has a lot of picks to give to trade up. |

Also on the NFLN scroll, it said the jets had offers from two teams about Petty. Even having offers for Petty shows that he's better than Hackenterd. And yet hack is the backup. Something's rotten in Denmark.

Also on the NFLN scroll, it said the jets had offers from two teams about Petty. Even having offers for Petty shows that he's better than Hackenterd. And yet hack is the backup. Something's rotten in Denmark. Listening to Bowles press conference he was asked if Petty was injured and he answered that Petty had a full week of practice, not a denial that he was hurt. Then he was asked if the backup QB position could change and he said yes. To me it sounded like he was hurt. |

It is possible that if the trade offers are real that They sat Petty so as he would not risk injury and thereby queer the deal.
