Also, I get the feeling Harbey is gonna get fucked. Just don't know which direction it's coming from. Oh, I hope its from the NYPD. Cy Vance already sh*tcanned one of our investigations. He cant afford another. They announced today they are looking into more cases. Please let it be us. I hadn't heard that. I saw a clip of Vance doubling down on his reasoning for not charging him. If they can dig up another case on him he'll go down in NY. LA it's probably 50/50. He's screwed. I don't see a sweet plea deal coming his way. Too much bad press out there on this guy. Honestly it wouldn't shock me if he went to a country with no extradition to the USA or he kills himself. |

the Vance angle has to be pursued.. maybe nothing but this looks like a job for Sessions.. get him back in game.. might help Trump with Reps...as well as righting abuse.. Ehh, not saying that the donations didn't figure into his decision but like I said she was sketchy. She attended one of the Italian PMs Bunga Bunga parties and also got a settlement from another rich guy over sexual harassment. I think it's more likely when you look at her background, Weinsteins deep pockets and influence not to mention the office assets he would have to use, Vance just said fuck it. A low level misdemeanor isn't worth it. yeah maybe...but weinstein should have known about this girls prior settlement... |

He's probably never been arrested before, so a misd. will be plead down to a violation and fine. If he sniffs any real Felony charges, the D.A. could ask for his passport at arraignment, so he then might bolt before the arrest happens. He should consider suicide.  |
