From what i'm reading Louis CK is a serial masturabtor. Is that considered sexual assual/harrassmenet or is he just a pervert? At least he's asking if he can tug his junk in front of them. I dont think the girls involved can do much of anything unless this was in a public place, and these fuckers know it.
