By the way, that recording was made by the NYPD. Harvey had grabbed her tit the day before and then told her to meet him for a show. She blew him off and went to the cops and they wired her up for her meeting with Harvey the next day. The cop said it was pretty open and shut for a misdemeanor conviction but the Manhattan DA wouldn't prosecute. It was Cy Vance, who had received thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from Weinstein. Her background was a little sketchy but still.
