Hopefully we draft another non impact, run stuffing maybe interior D Lineman and another SS that is lost in coverage. Since #6 has been such a sweet spot for us I have full faith in Mac making the correct decision.

It’s not too early to add what the Jets 2018 schedule is likely to be, apart from AFCE:
Packers@metlife Bears Vikes@metlife Detroit
Jags Colts Texans@metlife Titans Cleveland Denver@metlife

Well, it's time for Macc to fix the QB situation. I never complained about winning games this year, but I don't want to hear any more excuses at this point. As far as I'm concerned, its either Sign Cousins for big money if you think he is the guy (I don't) or bring back a vet for one year (McCown is fine) and trade up into the top 3. I don't want to see what luck has in store for us at number 6. I want the team to identify who they want and to go get him. I want to trade up.

However, if we sign him and draft Barkley, I'll be satisfied.

No more excuses is right. It's time to fix the QB hole we've been staring at for years. Either sign Cousins or draft Baker Mayfield.

The value of Indy's pick at #3 is wholly dependent on whether darnold and Rosen go 1 and 2. It's crazy to think anyone would blow Indy away with an offer before the picks are made.
It's looking more and more like Mayfield or Jackson.
Plus now we have to worry about getting the right OC to develop a QB if Morton leaves for Oakland.

I would be happy with this as long as we keep our 2 2nd's. Maybe we promote Morton to asst HC and keep him. Mac and bowles need to be creative this off season.

Not a fan of Cousins. Overpaying for somebody elses average QB is not a good idea. He would never be able to live up to the enormous contract that it would take to get him here. He'd be Neil O'Donnell all over again. Hard pass.

I'd rather go into next year with the hack as starter over cousins. We're not sniffing a super bowl with either. Might as well have one that's at least expendable when they suck.
