So I was going thru my list of shows to auto record on the DVR, when I noticed some of them I haven’t seen new episodes in a long time. I looked them up, and the shows were cancelled.
Specifically Bordertown that was on Fox, and The Brink on HBO.
anyone have any shows that were good but then suddenly cancelled? Deadwood on HBO would also qualify.

It pissed me off too when they brought back Beavis and Butthead for one season and then cancelled it.
That comeback season was fucking great with them making fun of stuff like Jersey Shore and 16 & Pregnant on the couch.

First one that springs to mind for me is Life- Damian Lewis and Sarah Shahi FTW! (2 seasons)
Go On with Matthew Perry was funny, more for the ensemble cast than anything else. (1 season)
Battlestar Galactica is a fave, but it had a full season to prepare and go out on its own terms, not in great fashion either. (4 seasons)
Firefly- what more needs to be said? Huge miss by Fox. (1 season)

Now I'm fascinated by poker tournament audience members. I enjoy staring at and evaluating the appearances of people who come to sit and watch strangers bowl and play cards. |
