I agree but the only other options are war or waiting until they get desperate enough to try to use one of their nukes or probably worse level Soul with the conventional artillery they have right across the border. Worse because the artillery will work while there is a chance their nuke won't. We have tried fighting them, buying them off, ignoring them and things continue to get worse. I like that we are trying something new.
