I am done with Bowles and Mac. The Jets need to make a change today. Fire them both and get someone with knowledge and balls to coach this team. We have a top rookie QB who isn't allowed to throw passed the line of scrimmage and the team is extremely undisciplined. I don't care that the calls like the unsportsmanlike call against Johnson were BS ticky tack calls. The team has no composure and that reflects directly on Bowles. Get someone from the Offensive side of the ball that is a disciplinarian to run this team and someone that will make the right moves with a ridiculous amount of cap space and likely another top 5 draft pick. Until they get this figured out I just can't see me investing any more time in this garbage. permission to come aboard granted...

The Jets were embarrassed on Thursday Night Football or at least they should feel embarrassed. The players, coaches, management, everyone. This would be my response if I were the coach. I'd call out every loafer on the team and tell them their days are numbered unless I see immediate improvement. Secondly, the stupid antics, i.e., ass wiping the football are over. Finally, there would be no days off and the team would practice every day up until the Jacksonville game because they don't deserve a day off. I'd follow that by saying if anyone has a problem with that I'll be in my office, come talk to me about it. However, if you do, bring your real estate agent's telephone number, because that who you will be calling right after you leave my office because your gone and will need to sell your house. I'm sure Bowles won't do anything remotely anything like this. Maybe a little criticism at film review but that's where it will end. It's just embarrassing to be the team the Browns finally beat, laughing stocks.....

They say they respect their coach, and then go out and get 15 yard penalties for childish OBJ level ass wiping TD celebrations. If Bowles had balls, he'd bench or fine Crowell himself.

Mac is toast unless this year's draft class shines --- Darnold, Shephard, Nickerson, and Herndon all have to be productive starters by the end of the season. Bowles position is at this very moment at a turning point. Which way it turns, I don't. The team either plays disciplined ball for the rest of the season and takes care of business, or they continue to play like children. They say they "respect" Bowles. Well, they've got a funny way of showing it since he's going to get fired unless they do what he asks of them. IMO, Bowles may need to bench or cut a guy to get their attention unless, Leo, Adams, Kearse or Ununwa calls a players only meeting to call their teammates to task. Hope they're smart enough to get rid of Maccagnan. He is truly terrible with his evaluations. Don't have to get into the details ... it's obvious. Unfortunately, I believe Bowles has something to give the Jets, but tied to Maccagnan's picks and pick-ups, he's a loser. Just hope the decision maker Johnson has enough vision and understanding to realize Maccagnan is a fucking idiot.

I agree It's a short week and whatnot so I won't overjudge but this team better get right quick, because the schedule gets no easier. Honestly at this point my expectation is a string of losses and a Bowles firing mid-season at the bye. And as noted Mac's class has to shine. There was a time when the Jets could do no better, but this has suddenly become a prime job opp. We don't need to settle. So, who then? Mike Shannahan? Would Tom Coughlin want to return to the sideline? Perhaps Bellichick will shake free? Even when I hated Rex, I was not for his firing until I we had options that we knew would be better. IF we are not "settling" on the next HC, who is it? I don't see alot of great options out there. Mike McCoy? I just don't see any obvious candidates. Exactly. Same with tanny. Even idzik. We went from idzik to a worse idzik. Leo bust now too. He’s just a terrible judge of talent. Jets got Macc from the Texans - miserable to mediocre franchise. Plus, he looks like a mattress salesman. The problem is woody doesn’t know football people - remember he had to hire a headhunter because he doesn’t know shit. He knows toothpaste not touchdowns. This franchise is a joke. Move to Nome please.

Bates and Rodgers stink, at least Hue had the sense to bring in some proven guys like Hayley and Williams to help him turn things around.
A coach like toilet needs experienced coordinators on both sides of the ball.

Has previous HC exp and is an offensive coach. He took the Cards to the SB.

And although I didn't put Bowles at the same negative level as the fucking idiot Maccagnan, this article sums him up thoroughly ... nypost.com/2018/09/21/the-quiet-reason-why-todd-bowles-jets-are-always-a-mess/So ... unfortunately, he must go also. Joe Beningo is correct.
