Yeah, ok. And ellison's accuser is a lying cunt too then, huh? As far as I understand it there are doctors reports, 911 calls and police reports regarding Ellison. Has Ford figured out when or where hers happened. Sorry there is NO evidence against Kavanaugh. There is evdience against Ellison. One thing I will concede is that it hurts Ellison's accusers story if she doesn't produce the videos she claims to have. That being said Ford's attorney and Feinstein won't share the polygraph results or the unredacted letter that started all this. You have to see the differences. To me, its pretty simple. You say someone sexually or physically assaulted you, prove it. Burden of proof on the accuser. Like you said, police reports, 911 calls, medical reports, photo or video evidence ideally, believable witnesses. If you asked me who was at a party 20-25 years ago and who was with who and where and in what room, fuck if I'd remember, let alone 30-35 years ago. I know women who were assaulted in HS and college, and I feel for victims, and I understand why they don't report things, or report things right away, I truly do. But unfortunately the passage of time hurts their case, like it or not. On the other hand, any one of us who's ever been at a party and drunk could have someone from HS or college come out of the woodwork with an accusation, and I'm sure we'd all like the benefit of being innocent until proven guilty. |

The people elected him, the nomination process is different. I don’t agree with random accusers showing up 35 years later. One question, does anyone think Judge Kavanaugh would tolerate anyone telling white lies in front of him while in his courtroom? |

Disagree... this "bright line" that the DEMS are employing seem to not apply to Clinton, Obama, Ellison, Booker etc. The nomination process for a SC judge should not have gotten to this level. White lies? Like under oath saying she is a psychologist? She is not. or fear of flying.. can't find the cite but apparently she has quite a few miles under her belt. |
